Job Description
The Manufacturing Scheduler is responsible for developing and communicating a schedule of range models to be manufactured, including delivery dates, to ensure the coordination of the proper parts at the proper time. This role involves maintaining customer order schedules to provide products to the next customer on time and in the order requested.
Additionally, the scheduler will coordinate the flow of manufactured production parts through the Fabrication or Finishing area to meet the demands of customer orders by scheduling the proper parts at the proper time and maintaining necessary reports.
You will be based in our Springfield, TN location. This shift will start at 12:30 pm and end at 11:00 pm on Monday through Thursday.

Duties and Responsibilities- Develop and communicate a schedule of range models to be manufactured, including delivery dates, to ensure the coordination of the proper parts at the proper time.
- Maintain customer order schedules to provide products to the next customer on time and in the order requested.
- Coordinate the flow of manufactured production parts through the Fabrication or Finishing area to meet the demands of customer orders by scheduling the proper parts at the proper time.
- Maintain necessary reports and communicate parts changes in a timely manner to meet production deadlines.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Minimum one year of Electrolux experience or one year of outside work experience in a production scheduling position.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and/or Access, demonstrated by testing.
- Must be able to lift packages 35 lbs. or less on a consistent basis
- Should be able to team lift any package greater than 35 lbs. but less than 71 lbs.
- Should be able to handle repetitive twisting, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, and bending
- Must be able to spend long periods of time on your feet
