Kelly Services is hiring Assembly Technicians for Electrolux in Springfield, TN 37172!

As an Assembly Technician, you’ll assemble parts on a moving assembly line using your hands and air tools, ensuring all products meet quality standards.

• 1st shift, starts at 4am
• 8–12 hour shifts
• Monday through Friday (Overtime may take place on Saturday—advance notice given; typical schedule is Monday–Friday)

• Ability to bend, stoop, grip, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly
• Able to stand for 8–10 hours
• Comfortable working with insulation
• Perform tasks within time restrictions on a moving assembly line
• Background check and drug test required
