Repair-Operator III-1st Shift

You will be based in our Springfield, TN location. The shift will start at 5:15 am and end at 1:30 pm. This role supports the production line and will follow production needs.

Your main tasks:
- Repairs gas and electric ranges to support the production of the highest quality products, on time, that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Troubleshoots functional defects.
- May on occasion, backfill for associates who must repair workmanship errors.
- Understands basic
A.C-R600. Experience preferred. - Capable of handling complex tasks & repairing units in a timely manner while moving down the line
- Ability to communicate with Team Members and Production Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Math Level 1
- Able to read and write English to understand repair procedures and wiring schematics.
- Must obtain Brazer Certification within first 30 days in role.
- Ability to communicate with Team Members and Production Supervisor
- Flexible to rotate positions with other Repair Operators or other positions as needed
- Need to be familiar with small tools for repairing Must be capable to learn how to repair cabinets and doors (Cosmetic & Electrical
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift packages 40 lbs. or less on a consistent basis
- Should be able to team lift any package greater than 35 lbs. but less than 71 lbs.
- Should be able to handle repetitive twisting, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, and bending
- Must be able to spend long periods of time on your feet
