Job Posting – Assembly Technician (Electrolux, Springfield, TN 37172)
Kelly Services is hiring Assembly Technicians for Electrolux in Springfield, TN 37172!
Position Overview:As an Assembly Technician, you’ll assemble parts on a moving assembly line using your hands and air tools, ensuring all products meet quality standards.
Pay Rate:$18 per hour
Schedule:- 1st shift, starts at 4am
- 8–12 hour shifts
- Monday through Friday (Overtime may take place on Saturday—advance notice given; typical schedule is Monday–Friday)
- Ability to bend, stoop, grip, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly
- Able to stand for 8–10 hours
- Comfortable working with insulation
- Perform tasks within time restrictions on a moving assembly line
- Background check and drug test required
