Assembly Repair Operator III

Electrolux Group is hiring an Assembly Repair Operator III for 1st shift at our manufacturing facility. In this advanced production role, you will assemble, troubleshoot and repair home appliance components and finished units to meet strict safety and quality standards. You will interpret work instructions and drawings, use hand and power tools, perform in process inspections, document results, and support root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

You'll mentor junior operators, collaborate with cross functional teams, and help maintain a clean, safe, sustainable work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, repair and rework appliance components on the production line to Electrolux Group quality standards
• Diagnose mechanical and minor electrical issues and perform root-cause repair on sub-assemblies and finished units
• Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures and gauges to meet takt time and safety requirements
• Read and follow standardized work instructions, technical drawings and repair procedures
• Perform in-process inspections, testing and documentation using quality checklists and basic data systems
• Escalate defects, safety concerns and recurring issues to team lead and support problem-solving activities (5

• Support training and mentoring of junior operators on assembly and repair best practices
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in line with EHS and 5
