Electrolux Group seeks a 1st Shift Material Coordinator to support manufacturing operations. You will coordinate material flow to production lines, maintain inventory accuracy and ensure on-time availability of components. Responsibilities include staging materials, performing cycle counts, updating ERP transactions, and working closely with production, purchasing and logistics. You'll uphold safety, 5S, and quality standards while contributing to continuous improvement in a collaborative, sustainability-focused environment with opportunities for growth in global supply chain and operations roles.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily material flow to production lines on 1st shift to meet schedules
- Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Issue, receive and stage materials using ERP or warehouse management systems
- Communicate with purchasing, production and logistics to resolve material shortages or delays
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping, receiving and inventory documentation
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Follow 5
- S, safety and quality procedures in a manufacturing environment
- Support continuous improvement, root-cause analysis and process standardization
