Manufacturing Supervisor

Electrolux Group is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily operations in a high-volume appliance production environment. You will oversee a team of operators and technicians, ensuring safety, quality and delivery targets are consistently achieved. Responsibilities include planning and monitoring production, driving continuous improvement, and coordinating with maintenance, engineering and supply chain. You will champion lean principles, 5S and problem-solving while developing team capabilities in an innovative, sustainability-focused and globally connected organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily production activities on the manufacturing floor to meet safety, quality and output targets
• Coordinate workforce scheduling, work assignments and resource allocation to optimize line efficiency
• Monitor production metrics, identify bottlenecks and drive corrective actions using lean and continuous improvement tools
• Ensure strict adherence to Electrolux safety, quality and environmental standards and regulatory requirements
• Train, coach and develop operators and technicians, providing regular feedback and performance reviews
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, supply chain and quality teams to resolve issues and support new product or process introductions
• Implement and sustain 5
• S, standard work and problem-solving practices (e.g., root cause analysis)
• Maintain accurate production records, reports and KPI dashboards for management
• Support cost reduction, waste minimization and productivity improvement initiatives
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement on the shop floor
