Electrolux Group is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead inventory operations in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will manage stock accuracy, cycle counts and reconciliations, and drive process improvements that support safety, quality and on-time production. You will partner closely with production, procurement and logistics to optimize material flow, reduce shortages and minimize excess. Using ERP and warehouse systems, you will analyze data, track KPIs and implement corrective actions.
You will also coach a small team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement in a global, sustainability-focused company.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily inventory control operations within the manufacturing plant to ensure accurate stock levels and material availability
- Monitor, analyze and reconcile inventory discrepancies, conducting root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
- Develop, document and improve inventory control procedures aligned with safety, quality and continuous improvement standards
- Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics and warehouse teams to optimize material flow and reduce stock-outs and excess inventory
- Use ERP/WMS systems and inventory reports to track KPIs, forecast needs and support data-driven decisions
- Lead, train and coach inventory staff, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration and safety
- Support cycle counts, physical inventories and audits to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements
- Identify and drive process improvement and cost reduction initiatives in inventory management
