Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to provide and document skilled nursing care per the care plan and physician orders while upholding confidentiality and professional boundaries.
The role covers Robertson, Cheatham, Davidson and Montgomery counties with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call rotation; on-site home visits to patients.
You will assess patient needs, develop and update the care plan, document actions, and educate families on disease management and prevention.
