Senior Nursing Supervisor | LTC Leadership; LPN

• Supporting and carrying out the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with orders of the physicians and total needs of the residents.

• Responsible for the 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and directing the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care.

• Assumes the responsibility for clinical operations in absence of the Director of Nursing.

Requirements

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which you are practicing
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred
• Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
• Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role preferred
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
