13-week contract position.

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, three days per week with every other weekend.

Seeking a dedicated Medical‑Surgical Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical‑surgical environment, particularly with post‑operative orthopedic patients. This role involves direct patient care, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications as per established protocols.

• Provide quality patient care on a 27‑bed unit.
• Monitor and assess patient vital signs using Welch‑Allen vital sign machines.
• Administer medications and perform procedures such as blood transfusions and IV maintenance.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care using the Meditech Expanse documentation system.

• Basic medical‑surgical nursing experience, particularly with post‑operative orthopedic patients.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state of Tennessee.
