Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to provide and document skilled nursing care in accordance with the care plan and physician orders, while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday with on-call rotation. Territory includes Robertson, Cheatham, Davidson, and Montgomery counties. Requires an active RN license in the state, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR. Home health/hospice experience preferred.
