Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Job Summary:

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a Med Surg setting. Deliver patient assessments, administer treatments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in clinical status.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Medical-Surgical nursing.
• Current BLS certification required; additional certifications preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
