Position: Assistant Store Manager (Full-time) - Springfield, TN
Hibbett Sports -  - Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and implementing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling;
Supervise employees in the Store Managers absence and ensure department standards are met;
Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments; maintain profitability through awareness of inventory, sales statistics, and expenses;
Deliver extraordinary customer service and promote merchandise and services;
Uphold company policies and internal control procedures
