Position Overview

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Quick Response Tactical Security Officer in Springfield, Tennessee.

  Springfield, Tennessee
• Schedule varies – must cover call‑off and 1st/3rd shifts.
• Competitive hourly wage: $20.00 per hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees).

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check functioning of alarms and cameras.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on‑site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be over age 21.
• Valid driver's license and clear motor vehicle record.
• Open availability to cover call‑off.
• Successfully complete extensive screening process.
• First aid certification is an asset.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for entire shift.
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is preferable.
• State security license if required.
