• Operate anchor trucks, digger derricks, or hydraulic equipment
• Install pole anchors and guy wires based on engineering specifications
• Assist with load setup and site preparation
• Ensure equipment is operated safely and within regulations
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Support crews with material handling and safety spotting
• Communicate with the team to align on anchor placement
• Report site conditions or hazards to supervisor
• Travel to various job sites as needed
• Participate in safety and equipment training programs

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company
• High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with an acceptable record
• Experience operating telecom or utility equipment preferred
• Ability to read blueprints or staking sheets
• Basic knowledge of soil types and how they affect anchor depth and installation requirements

• Routinely: lift 26–55 pounds, repetitive hand movements, stand, walk, operate heavy machinery and vehicles
• Occasionally: lift over 75 pounds, bend or stoop repetitively, work alone in remote locations, work with arms above shoulder level
