Jones Networking is recruiting for an Accounts Receivable (AR) professional to join an Auto Repair Shop in Springfield, VA. • Generate and send invoices, process and apply customer payments and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare and distribute accurate customer invoices in a timely manner based on contracts and sales orders.
• Record and apply payments across multiple formats (checks, ACH, wire transfers, credit cards) and reconcile daily payment batches.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and identify overdue accounts.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, short-pays, and customer inquiries while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Perform data entry and assist with general clerical support within the Accounting Department.

• Minimum two years experience in accounts receivables.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Knowledge or experience with Andreoli Software is a plus.
• Efficient and accurate data entry skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Solid verbal and written communication for client interactions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
