NGA leadership requires dedicated staff support to manage the high volume of daily tasks, correspondence, and strategic engagements essential to mission success. The senior leadership team operates in a dynamic, high-tempo environment that demands exceptional organizational support to ensure the efficient flow of information and effective decision-making. This SOW outlines the requirements for a non-personal services contract to provide one (1) qualified Staff Officer.

Duties/Responsibilities:

The objective of this contract is to procure expert staff officer support to provide comprehensive administrative, coordination, and executive support functions within the NGA front office.

The contractor shall perform all tasks and provide all deliverables required to ensure the seamless and efficient operation of the front office. This includes, but is not limited to, task management, correspondence review, executive scheduling support, meeting coordination, and records management.

* Manage, deconflict, and track all internal and external taskings using the government-provided task management system (e.g., NCERTS).

* Receive and log all incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring all items are properly formatted, staffed, and meet suspense dates.

* Perform quality control on all staff packages, briefings, and documents intended for senior leadership signature or review, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.

* Compile and prepare daily read-ahead books, briefing materials, and other preparatory documents for the senior leader's schedule.

* Assist in managing the senior leader's calendar by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to de-conflict scheduling and prepare for key engagements.

* Anticipate senior leader requirements and coordinate with the appropriate staff elements to ensure all necessary information and support is available.

Required Skillsets and

Qualifications:

* A minimum of seven (7) years of experience as a staff officer.

* Demonstrated expert-level proficiency with NCERTs.

* The contractor personnel assigned to this contract must possess and maintain a TOP SECRET / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance for the duration of the contract.

* A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
