This is an opportunity to create change and efficiency in certification development. As a change management professional, you’ll lead a team and assess how alterations will impact business processes and design to develop GEOINT Certifications that achieve NCCA accreditation. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll have a tangible impact on your client’s mission, providing them with a holistic view of their organization as they transform their practices for the better.

You Have:

3+ years of experience advising clients of ethical and legal standards and risks for employee selection and psychometric assessment

3+ years of experience developing and maintaining compliance with third‑party bodies such as the Institute for Credentialing Excellence and National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA)

3+ years of experience designing and constructing legally defensible test instruments, including subject matter expert training, item development workshop facilitation, and standard‑setting panel administration

Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

Master’s degree in Industrial‑Organizational Psychology

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
