Policy Analyst - Mid Security Clearance

Position: Policy Analyst - Mid with Security Clearance
What Impact You'll Have:
We are seeking a Mid-Level Policy Analyst to support strategic planning, policy operations, governance, and process improvement initiatives supporting Intelligence Community mission operations. What You'll Be Owning:
* Research and analyze operational data and policy requirements.
* Support development of reports, strategic recommendations, and executive briefings.
* Coordinate project schedules, stakeholder engagements, and action tracking.
* Support policy review, compliance activities, and governance initiatives.
* Assist with business process improvement and operational modernization efforts. What You Must Have:
* Active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain Polygraph.
* 7+ years of experience in policy analysis, business operations, program management, or related field.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
* Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
* Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools. What Would Be Nice to Have:
* Experience supporting IC or DoD mission operations.
* Experience supporting governance or continuity initiatives.
* Experience with process improvement methodologies.
