* What You Will Do:

** Provide technical subject matter expertise to a team performing a comprehensive assessment of a federal organization, assist in the development an integrated plan for modernization of a geographically distributed workforce, identify operational/programmatic synergies with agencies with overlapping mission spaces, create improved methods of information-sharing governance, and reporting. Communicate fact-based assessment findings, measures of successful implementation of improvements, and tightly regulated procedures to Federal C-suite client.

* What You Will Need:

*** An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance
* Bachelor’s degree
* TEN (10) or more years of experience supporting DHS, DoD, or the Intelligence Community
** What Would Be Nice To Have:
*** Bachelor’s degree in intelligence, national security, public policy, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
* Experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis and producing actionable insights for senior stakeholders
* Demonstrated ability to support complex federal programs, including stakeholder coordination and mission-focused reporting
* Experience supporting TSA, DHS Headquarters, or interagency intelligence operations
* Experience leading or supporting cross-functional teams in a program or project environment
* Familiarity with information-sharing environments (e.g., HSIN) and governance or collaboration frameworks
* Experience delivering executive-level briefings and supporting senior decision-making
* Exposure to operational modernization, process improvement, or organizational transformation initiatives
