Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.

Based in the DC Metro Area, we are an established general contractor that has been building significant projects for almost 20 years. We specialize in commercial construction, including both ground‑up and interior renovations. Project types include healthcare, retail, hospitality, SCIF, and ranges from $1‑10M in value.

We are seeking Superintendents with ground‑up experience and/or interior renovation experience to support our expanding project pipeline.

• Experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor
• Experience with commercial construction projects
• Preferred to be local to the DC Metro Area
