Associate​/Lead Dentist

Tend is seeking an Associate / Lead Dentist to deliver exceptional preventive, restorative, and cosmetic care in a modern, design-led studio. You'll perform comprehensive exams, craft personalized treatment plans, and communicate clearly with patients to build trust and comfort. Working closely with hygienists, assistants, and operations teams, you'll leverage advanced technology and transparent processes to reimagine the dental experience. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental care aligned with Tend's clinical standards
• Conduct comprehensive exams, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care in clear, compassionate language
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front-office teams to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Use modern dental technology and digital tools for diagnostics, charting, and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements
• Contribute to a hospitality-focused, inclusive studio culture that prioritizes patient comfort and trust
• Participate in ongoing training, feedback, and quality improvement initiatives to elevate care standards
• Support mentorship and/or leadership within the clinical team depending on experience level
• Uphold strict infection control, safety, and sterilization protocols across the studio
