Dental Hygienist

West Springfield Dental Arts West Springfield Dental Arts is growing, and we're looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our friendly, collaborative team! We are a large, well-established dental practice committed to providing excellent, patient-focused care in a positive and supportive environment.

• 1-hour hygiene appointments and 1.5-hour new-patient appointments - no rushing
• Modern dental technology, including iTero, laser, AI perio charting, Cavitron, and Open Dental
• 4-day workweek with a Monday-Friday schedule 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule
• One weekday off - Tuesday or Wednesday
• One Saturday per month, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
• $63-$65 per hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Dental Hygienist who is compassionate, dependable, team-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional patient care.

• Active Virginia Dental Hygiene License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with patients and teammates
• A team-oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate
• Commitment to providing thorough, high-quality patient care
• Experience with comprehensive hygiene care, including:
  • Periodontal charting
  • Digital X-rays
  • Prophylaxis (prophy)
  • Scaling and root planing (SRP)
  • Patient education
  • Fluoride treatments
  • Preventive dental care and other hygiene services
