Harmony Cares is seeking a Medical Pod Leader to supervise the clinical pod team, ensure accurate diagnosis, documentation, patient safety and quality care in home-based settings. You will collaborate with APPs and physicians, lead high‑risk patient care, review charts, and drive continuous improvement in care delivery within a dyad with Market Manager.
Experience in geriatrics or complex patients is preferred; board certification and license maintenance are required.
