International Partner Training Coordinator (GEOINT)

Join our team as an International Partner Training Coordinator at CASE Management Consulting! This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance (with the ability to obtain a CI poly)
Your Impactful Duties:
  • Serves as the IA liaison to the National Geospatial-Intelligence College (NGC).
  • Monitors NGA international partner training needs and raises barriers to the availability and the delivery of NGA courses to international partnerships.
  • Represents IA on NGA and partner‑related training working groups and forums to include the Allied System for Geospatial‑Intelligence Training Working Group, l, and NGC’s Vetting Body, In‑Progress Reviews, and project meetings for courses in development and maintenance.
  • Under government point of contact (GPOC) approval, and in collaboration with International Officers (IO) and Senior International Officers (SIO), collaborates directly with working level and senior training management of NGA’s international partners organizations to meet GEOINT training needs.
  • Analyzes and develops GEOINT‑related training strategies and plans for NGA's international partners.
  • Supports and coordinates IA Country Desk officer and IA Combatant Command Liaison requests for specific partner training needs.
  • Under GPOC approval, independently utilizes an NGA cross‑key component personnel network to identify solutions to barriers and lead solution implementation and report status to IA management.
  • Advices IA management on training considerations related to planning NGA and IC training efforts.
  • Serves as a training point of contact and advisor for international partnership training and keeps GPOC and appropriate IA personnel appraised.
  • Coordinates responses to external taskers related to NGA’s international partner training activities.
  • Develops a resource network across NGA’s Components to facilitate the efficient development, review, and delivery of NGA training to international partners.
Required Qualifications
  • TS/SCI (with ability to obtain a CI poly).
  • Identifies and communicates policy, technology, and other workflow challenges affecting the sharing of NGA training with international partners and coordinates across components to develop solutions to those challenges.
  • Experience coordinating sharing and tradecraft reviews of NGA training.
  • Experience developing strategies within existing NGA policies and resources to provide the highest level of access to GEOINT training to NGA’s international partners.
  • Experience developing and maintaining business processes related to increasing GEOINT training available to NGA’s international partners.
  • Experience coordinating international partner classroom, online, and mobile training team delivery of NGA training.
  • Experience with time‑sensitive, high visibility, ad hoc NGA EXCOM requests related to international partner training to support foreign partner VIP visits and EXCOM trips abroad.
  • A bachelor's degree in visual arts, media, information systems, or related area from an accredited (i.e., regional, national, or institutional) academic institution.
  • 11+ years of experience along with bachelor's degree or 7 additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
Desired Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience developing training programs focused on learning solutions for varied environments including classroom, mobile training teams, and virtual.
  • Demonstrated experience with international programs and foreign partner training needs.
  • Demonstrated experience resolving the logistical challenges associated with delivering training to foreign partners, to include facilities, clearances, foreign disclosure/release, shipping, funding, language, storage, etc.
