Qualifications & Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Be the Ultimate LEGO Ambassador!

  • Enthusiastically share your love for LEGO and inspire guests to create their own masterpieces.
  • Make friends easily, engage with guests of all ages, and foster a fun, creative atmosphere.
  • Channel your inner party host and camp counselor to bring energy and excitement to every interaction.

Teach, Build, and Inspire:

  • Work with the Master Model Builder (MMB) to guide guests through interactive workshops, offering a variety of challenges and helping them unlock their creativity.
  • Share your knowledge about LEGO’s design process and encourage everyone to dream big!

Be a Star on Camera:

  • Get comfortable in front of the camera, whether it’s for TV, social media, or other promotional activities.

Bring Your Creative Vision to Life:

  • From sculptures to 3D models, you’ll have the freedom to create, innovate, and bring joy to guests with your creations.
  • Embrace the hobbyist mentality — think outside the box and share your passion with the world!

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

A Passion for Teaching & Building:

  • You don’t just build with LEGO, you build connections with people! You’re great at making conversation and teaching others how to bring their ideas to life.

Outgoing & Fun Personality:

  • Charismatic and energetic, you’re always ready to engage with guests, create memorable moments, and spark joy.
  • You have a Camp Counselor energy that makes everyone feel included and excited.

Creative Mindset:

  • Passionate about LEGO, with a history of building and a desire to inspire others to do the same.
  • You’ve got an eye for spatial design — whether it’s sculpture, costume design, or set design, you can create with intent and originality.

Kid-Approved Communication:

  • You know how to speak to kids at their level, creating a fun and engaging environment without talking down to them.

Your growth mindset means you’re always looking for ways to learn, improve, and share your journey with others.

Education and Experience:

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must have a passion for delivering exceptional guest service, creativity, and a knack for building amazing LEGO models.
  • Ability to adapt your approach to fit the model brief and the audience (kids, families, LEGO enthusiasts, and more).
