Are you excited about this Spectral Integration Engineer - Expert Level job?Mission Intelligence Group is seeking an Expert‑Level Spectral Integration Engineer to spearhead the integration and deployment of advanced spectral exploitation tools. This pivotal role will involve engineering a robust spectral exploitation environment that serves as the backbone for image scientists engaged in processing, analyzing, and exploiting both literal and non‑literal data. You will collaborate with systems engineers, image scientists, and developers to ensure seamless interoperability of applications within the broader NSG TCPED Enterprise.
Your responsibilities will include providing expert guidance on strategy and requirements, translating customer needs into actionable capabilities, and conducting meticulous systems integration.
Additionally, you will play a key role in planning, performance engineering, and risk management, while leading the establishment of an integrated PED environment tailored for cutting‑edge analytical tradecraft. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape innovative solutions that enhance mission effectiveness and technical excellence.
What you need to be successfulTo excel as an Expert‑Level Spectral Integration Engineer at Mission Intelligence Group, candidates must possess a strong blend of technical and interpersonal skills. Required
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Imagery Analysis, or related STEM degree program, or related equivalent additional experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience integrating sensor programsi nto large complex System of Systems or Service Oriented Architecture environments residing in cloud, on premise, or hybrid infrastructures.
- A minimum of 5 years NGA program/project work experience
- Experience integrating spectral data into spectral exploitation tools
- Experience integrating solutions using Cloud-based technologies
- Experience with and strong understanding of systems engineeringlifecycle
Desired ed
Skills and Experience:
- Master's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Imagery Analysis, or related STEM degree
- INCOSE Expert Systems engineering Professional(ESEP)
- Experience integrating spectral exploitation tools within SAGE/CA Parchitecture
- Experience integrating solutions using advanced tradecraft tools usedby
NGA/ATS, such as Data Transformation Services and Full Spectrum Tool Kit - Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering, processes, tools,and languages
- Demonstrated expertise in photogrammetry, remote sensing, image science, information sciences, geographic information systems, geomatics, or related fields.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the current NSG/ASG and NRO enterprises.
- Previous IC or DoD program/project work
- Experience integrating solutions using Automation Augmentation and Artificial Intelligence technologies.
