• Analyze and study complex system requirements.
• Apply business process improvement practices to re‑engineer methodologies and modernize processes.
• Assist in establishing standards for information systems procedures.
• Collaborate with team members, customers, service providers and developers to identify requirements.
• Design, develop and maintain network environments, including cloud environments.
• Develop block diagrams and logic flow charts.
• Translate detailed designs into computer software.
• Expand or modify systems to serve new purposes or improve workflow using containers, cloud development, enterprise PKI solutions, Linux or Windows.
• Prepare required documentation, including program‑level and user‑level documentation.
• Review program problems and provide advanced troubleshooting techniques to quickly identify and assess issues.
• Lead deployment of system engineering techniques, methodologies and processing to architect, design, test and secure environments adhering to DISA, SRG and STIG compliance.
• Conduct research and development for emerging technologies for evaluation.

• Demonstrated experience in engineering multiple operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging automation tools and deploying scripts – Infrastructure as Code.
• Demonstrated experience providing detailed documentation and diagrams to support engineering efforts.
• Demonstrated experience providing architecture, design, test and secure environments adhering to DISA, SRG and STIG compliance in a disconnected environment.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing Dev Ops methodologies and tools.

• Experience with containers.
• Experience with Risk Management Framework or ICD
