• Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to take a CI polygraph exam
• 12 years of relevant experience and a Master's Degree or a Bachelor's in a STEM field and 17 years experience or 21 years of relevant experience
• Able to work on client site in Springfield, Virginia 40 hours a week (no telework)
• Proficient with Python

• 6+ years of experience as an EO expert with understanding of collection, phenomenology, image formation process, and exploitation products
• Experience exploiting EO to determine the occurrence and location of an OOI
• Experience developing, testing, and evaluating new algorithms, processes, methodologies, and products using EO imagery with tools like Python, MATLAB, Google Earth Engine
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences about the availability and capabilities of EO
• Deep understanding of the principles of remote sensing and imagery processing and advanced exploitation methods
• Desired: Experience applying CV and machine learning to EO imagery
