Roles & Responsibilities
The Infrastructure Onsite Server Engineer is responsible for administering and supporting Azure IaaS environments, including virtual machines, networking, storage, backup, and availability services, while providing robust Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) administration such as installation, patching, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. The role requires strong hands on expertise in Client vSphere/ESXi/vCenter for VM provisioning, lifecycle management, upgrades, and performance optimization, along with managing Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, and authentication services.
The engineer will monitor system health, support backup and disaster recovery operations, handle incidents and changes through ITSM processes, collaborate with cross functional teams, and participate in on call support to ensure high availability of production systems.

" Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workloads, and meet SLA commitments in a production environment

" Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership, accountability, and decision making
