AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026/2027 - Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October 2027. We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.
The internship consists in studying a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes).
It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
Job Description
The intern will join the Operational Environmental department that belongs to the EHS organization in Airbus. The department is responsible for compliance with environmental compliance obligations, monitor and improve the environmental performance of Airbus and achieve environmental objectives aligned with the Airbus industrial strategy and vision.
The main duties of the internship will be to support and learn from the environmental officers on the following tasks:
- Implement, monitor and improve the Airbus Environmental Management system and check compliance with the ISO 14001 standard of each site.
- Ensure that environmental actions are performed in accordance with agreed procedures and tools.
- Define local communication tasks and provide visibility.
- Measure and support improving of environmental performance. Support to the awareness campaign to employees.
- Monitor and promote the environmental objectives in agreement with all site stakeholders.
- Support environmental objectives (plant level) and the Environmental Local Roadmap stablished in the sites.
- Ensure appropriate actions are in place to continuously work towards environmental compliance and to evaluate this compliance (environmental regulations, European, national and local).
Required skills #Airbus Diversity
As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Degree in Engineering and/or Environmental Science - English: advanced level
- IT skills: advanced level in Office. Project Management skills will be a value.
- Advance knowledge in Google Suite and AI tools knowledge (Google Gemini).
- General knowledge and high motivation in Environment, Sustainability and Aviation.
