As a VDI Engineer you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on a TS/SCI cleared VDI Engineer joining our team to support our intelligence customer in Springfield, VA or Arnold, MO.

• Architect and design VDI solutions.
• Provide Tier 3/4 support to system administrators for resolving VDI issues.
• Guide optimization of desktops for platform interoperability and act as liaison between VDI technologies.
• Offer endpoint support on related tasks.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of administration, engineering, and implementation of VDI technologies.
• Operate across multiple complex production environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Apply extensive technical expertise and knowledge of related disciplines.
• Conduct trade studies and make recommendations on solutions and "make‑buy" decisions.

• U.S. citizenship required with TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
• Experience providing engineering support for legacy and current versions of Citrix products.
• 5+ years of experience with a BS degree or equivalent education.
• Progressive roles from Administrator to Senior Engineer.
• Proficiency with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops v7.15 and later, Citrix Provisioning Services, Machine Creation Services, Citrix Cloud Virtual Apps and Desktops, Liquid ware Profile Unity.
• Experience with Hyper V, VMware VDI (Microsoft or Citrix Net Scalers/ADCs).
• Familiarity with HP Any Connect and Leostream.

• Experience managing and administering Windows Server clustering.
• Experience with infrastructure‑as‑code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, etc.
• Experience with System Center Virtual Machine Manager/VMware vCenter 6.7.
• Support for home directory, profile management, software provisioning.

$125,000 - $137,500 USD
