As a Branch Ambassador, you’ll have the opportunity to use your love of working with people and sharing product knowledge to play a vital role in our customers’ banking experience. You’ll also perform a wide variety of transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers and withdrawals while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to established operational policies and procedures. Equally important is the ability to resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

• You’ll perform a wide variety of transactions, such as check cashing, deposits, transfers and withdrawals.
• You’ll monitor fraud mitigation and ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures.
• You’ll resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, delivering an extraordinary customer experience.
• You’ll support customers across all areas of the branch, from cash handling to rotating tasks based on customer needs.
• You’ll educate customers on digital banking tools and help them navigate mobile and online experiences.
• You’ll collaborate with teammates to inspire and support each other.

• Friendly, engaging, people-oriented.
• Customer financial anxiety reduction by assessing personal and business needs.
• Strong compliance awareness and adherence to audit, security policies, federal regulations.
• Knowledgeable in bank products, services and experiences.
• Digitally savvy; can demo mobile and online banking.
• Curious, willing to learn new products and services.
• Team player capable of traveling between branches within the local area.

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

• Associate’s degree.
• 2+ years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience.

Annual salary range by location:
Alexandria, VA – $48,048;
Annandale, VA – $48,048;
Arlington, VA – $48,048;
Falls Church, VA – $48,048;
Springfield, VA – $48,048.
