Must be able to work with large data sets to sort and compile data.
* ** Financial Analysis and Reporting:
** Analyze, interpret, and report on financial and operational data to guide strategic decisions.
* ** Performance Monitoring:
** Monitor and evaluate financial performance against plans, budgets, and forecasts. Identify variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

** Ensure that all financial reports and analyses comply with contract, maintaining high levels of accuracy and integrity.

** 5+ years of experience financial analysis, reporting.

Skills:

** Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, including advanced skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, sumifs, lookups, and functions). Must be able to trouble shoot data errors.
* ** Analytical

Skills:

** Strong analytical abilities with experience in interpreting complex financial data and providing actionable insights.
* ** Communication

Skills:

** Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
* ** Problem-Solving:
** Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations.
* ** Attention to Detail:
** High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.

* Desired:
** Experience with COGNOS, Costpoint, P2P, or Chrome River a plus.
* Proficient in MS Excel.
