RTI Consulting, LLC seeks an Expert Budget/Finance Analyst with an active TS/SCI poly preferred, or willing to upgrade to a poly. The role requires 20 years of total work experience, with 15 years in Intelligence Funding, supporting CIV Pay.
CIV Pay experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate specialized DoD/government budgeting experience, proficiency with financial tools (Momentum, Tableau, R, Python), and a deep understanding of DoD and IC program budgets.
