RTI is seeking an Expert Budget/Finance Analyst with an active TS/SCI poly preferred, or willing to be upgraded to a poly. This position requires 20 years of total work experience, with 15 of those years focused on Intelligence Funding.
This supports CIV Pay; experience with CIV Pay is a plus.
Skills and Experience Required- Possess a Master’s degree or higher in a business-related field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated specialized experience with DoD or other government agency budgetary or finance processes.
- Demonstrated specialized experience working with financial tools, such as Momentum and other visualization and analytic tools like Tableau, R, and Python.
- Demonstrated specialized experience in U.S. Intelligence-funded programs.
- Demonstrated experience with DoD or other government agency key budget execution processes, including: funds control, fund transfers, travel orders, and credit card purchases.
- Demonstrated experience with fund execution policies for principal DoD appropriations.
- Experience with Springfield, VA customer.
- Demonstrated experience with DoD and IC programs and budgets.
- Demonstrated specialized experience resolving resource management issues in support of the DoD or IC community mission.
- Demonstrated experience with the role of the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) in controlling and executing funds for a Service major command or a Defense Agency
