Oversee redress adjudication processes and security threat assessment programs for TSA credentialing and redress;
Develop and revise policy documents, guidance, and regulations; coordinate adjudication for redress, appeals, waivers, and reviews;
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including TSA Chief Counsel and Coast Guard judges to ensure consistent application of redress regulations;
Prepare briefings, presentations, status reports, and program documentation for stakeholders;
Represent TSA in interactions with other U.S. government agencies such as FBI and DHS; supervise day-to-day branch operations
