We know not all caregivers have the same availability. Who we’re looking for: A Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide with experience working in Virginia. You must have all the required documents listed below to start work immediately.

Job Type: WEEKENDS, DAY SHIFT, NIGHT SHIFTS, SHORT SHIFTS

Areas we service: Arlington, Alexandria, Annandale, Falls Church, Fairfax, McLean, Tysons Corner, Springfield, and Vienna.

Caregivers’ Duties but not limited to:

• Respond to the client's non-medical needs, including assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), medication reminders, and monitoring vital signs.
• Assist clients with homemaking chores and maintaining cleanliness.
• Assist the client and the client's family by offering comfort and companionship.
• Run errands and provide transportation for clients.
• Ability to communicate professionally with the client, client's family members, and office staff.
• Document and communicate changes in the client's condition, behavior, or appearance.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations set by the office administration.
• Excellent attendance, including being punctual and providing reliable care.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Virginia CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate
• Virginia CNA license (we do not accept out-of-state CNA licenses)
• TB Results in the last 12 months
• US COVID-19 Vaccination card (must show complete vaccination; Booster is a PLUS!)
• Pass criminal record and background check
• Ability to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation/Valid driver’s license
