Location - Springfield, VA

Hours:

40 Hours (Full Time)

Day Shift: Tuesday - Friday - 10:30am-7pm, Saturday - 8:30am-5pm

• The Dispatcherisresponsible for performing all tasks relative to specific position in a timely manner & meeting or exceeding supervisors communicated expectations.
• Coordinates/stages delivery schedule of all products.
• Assists in warehouse duties as required. Ensure completion of logs & tickets.
• Troubleshoots day to day delivery issues.

• High school diploma; community college or other degree preferred.

• 1 year of experience as a dispatcher or driver within the demographic areas of service, preferred.
• Geographic Familiarity of Maryland - DC - Northern Virginia area Understanding of medical terminology.
• State, OSHA, JCAHO regulations.
• Knowledge of medical terminology & basic customer service principles.
• Computer literacy / MS Office Suite.
• DME & IV product knowledge.

Salary Range: Minimum 15.86/hour - Maximum 26.23/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
