Physical Therapist

We are a growing business looking for a Physical Therapist Staff and Manager Roles available. We are family friendly and flexible with full-time and part-time positions and have a great work/life balance. Paperwork is much lower than a standard clinic and we have a great team to teach any new skills needed and to coordinate care.

We are an outpatient therapy company with a focus on injured workers. This is an outpatient orthopedic clinic and a division of rehabilitation-based care. We believe in our business model and think that we provide an outstanding service to our patients. PT's and PTA's that join us are welcome and rewarded for help grown the business.

PT's and PTA's who can manage a unique case load (not heavy) but also focus on helping grow an existing brand. Ideally, the candidates need to be energetic, an excellent communicator, and have good team skills. This person would directly benefit in terms of bonus/incentive from the growth of the service line. Must be creative in your approach to treatment protocols and have a good sense of responsibility.

An entrepreneurial spirit is certainly an advantage in this position.

• Graduate from a college with an APTA-accredited curriculum.
• A master’s degree or equivalent is a plus.
• A minimum of two years of previous staff supervisory experience in a similar clinical or physical therapy setting is strongly preferred.
• Experience dealing with injured workers is a plus.
• Currently active license in the state of Virginia preferred.
