The Pro Sidian & Solkoa (Engagement Team) seek a Human Factor Psychologist Consultant (Level
8) [CLIN
0005 Full Time] located/working at a The Federal Law Enforcement Agency space at approved locations including OCONUS.

The Human Factor Psychologist shall integrate as part of Personnel Recovery Program Support and Services to studying and train stakeholders how to understand and leverage position and resilience given human traits like perception, sensory processing, attention, decision making, and motor skills to apply psychological principles to a variety of fields.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide mental health counseling to those students who fail or perform poorly in the course of instruction or who are reacting negatively to the laboratory training.
• Participate in ARL de-briefing exercises.
• Informally counsel/assist students and/or instructors who request or indicate a desire to discuss their performance during the ARL role-play laboratory training.

Requirements include:

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong background in SERE exercises and/or Hostage Survival/Personnel Detention and Recovery debriefings.
• Trained and certified as a SERE Psychologist.
