Soar Therapy and Integrated Wellness is an outpatient mental health and wellness practice serving adolescents (13+) and adults throughout Northern Virginia.

Our mission is to provide accessible, transformative care that supports the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of the individuals and families we serve. Through evidence-based therapy, holistic wellness approaches, and culturally responsive care, we are committed to increasing access to quality mental health services and making a meaningful impact within our community.

We are seeking a full-time Resident in Counseling who is committed to professional growth, open to feedback, and passionate about helping clients create lasting change. STIW provides a structured, supportive environment in which clinicians receive ongoing guidance, training, and operational support as they develop the skills needed for long-term success.

• Three in-office days per week required
• Availability between 10:00 AM–6:00 PM or 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Target caseload of 26 client sessions per week

• Availability during one of the following scheduling blocks:
• 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
  , or
• 2:30 PM–7:30 PM
• At least two workdays must be in office. The third workday may be remote
• Opportunity to increase caseload over time if desired.
