As our Memory Care Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role not only in overseeing daily operations and performance, but also in shaping and integrating exceptional Memory Care services across our Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living communities.

In this dynamic role, you’ll lead with compassion and purpose—supporting residents, partnering with families, and empowering staff to deliver meaningful, person-centered care. You’ll ensure residents’ psychosocial needs are met with dignity and respect, while championing the highest standards of quality care and customer service.

Compensation

Commensurate with experience starting at $73k per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

How you will make an impact
  • Conducting pre-residency assessments and screening of potential residents and making recommendations for appropriate Admissions
  • Evaluating the psychosocial and activity of daily living (ADL) needs of residents in Memory Care and coordinating care and services
  • Monitoring the engagement of activities for residents with cognitive impairment, as well as participating in program development and strategic planning
  • Leading a holistic, Person-Centered approach to assessment and care planning
  • Partnering with other departments to develop support groups and educational programming opportunities for residents and family members in the Memory Care neighborhood.
  • Supporting Independent Living and Post-Acute Social Workers to effectively transition residents between levels of care
  • Maintaining a working knowledge and ensuring compliance of federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies regarding Memory Care (and level of care – LTC or ALF)
What you will need
  • Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training in long term care/assisted living required.
  • Minimum of 3 years related experience in providing services for residents with cognitive impairment required.
  • Current CPR certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of the geriatric population and the aging process, including the physical, psychological, and social needs of the elderly.
  • Demonstration of progressive approaches to supporting and enhancing the quality of life for seniors with cognitive impairment.
