Bring your passion for movement and meaningful care to Greenspring, part of Erickson Senior Living, is seeking a patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults. In this role, you’ll deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across a full continuum of care—all within one vibrant, on-site campus.

From inpatient to outpatient and home health settings, you’ll have the unique opportunity to expand your clinical expertise while building lasting relationships with residents. • Onsite physicians group dedicated to only serving Erickson Senior Living residents
• Onsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all employees over 18 years of age

• Compensation:
  Starting at $40.00 per hour (FT & PT), commensurate with experience
• Compensation: PRN rate Up to $55.00 per hour, commensurate with experience

• Caseload focused on primarily 1:1 direct patient care
• No outside travel - all residents live on our beautiful 60-acre campus
• Predictable weekday schedule with occasional weekend rotation

• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to document services accurately and on time
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.
• Familiarity with Medicare documentation preferred
