RBT Registered Behavior Technician
Join Big Heart ABA Therapy's team of dedicated professionals and help make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with autism. As an RBT Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in implementing treatment plans and providing high-quality services to our clients.
Responsibilities- Work closely with our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism
- Provide one-on-one support to clients in a home-based setting, implement behavior skills training, and promote social and behavioral development
- Conduct ongoing assessments and monitoring to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless communication and optimal outcomes
As an RBT Registered Behavior Technician with Big Heart ABA Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a five-year-old boy in Springfield, Virginia. This is a part-time position from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM each day. Additional hours with other cases can be added if you re interested.
Requirements- 1 year of experience as an RBT Registered Behavior Technician or related field
- Completion of the RBT certification program
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and consistent attendance is essential
- Competitive Hourly Rate: $32 per hour
