Inova Physical Therapy Center
- Springfield is looking for a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. This role will be Full Time, Day Shift, Monday-Friday with 2 evening shifts until 7pm (including a Thursday shift). We offer a 1:1 patient treatment model, mentorship program and a commitment to continuing education and growth.

Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates essential skill competencies in the use of treatment modalities, equipment, and protocols.
- Performs re-evaluations according to department guidelines while adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
- Adheres to department policies regarding the timeframe, form, and content of written evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Gives appropriate instruction and supervision to assistive personnel consistent with program/clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, medical staff, care team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensure: Physical Therapist upon start (VA licensure or compact privileges are acceptable)
- Certification: BLS through the American Heart Association upon start
Qualification:
- Physical Therapist (PT) experience
