We are seeking a patient‑centered Physical Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults. In this role, you will deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across a full continuum of care—all within one vibrant, on‑site campus. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

All shifts—full‑time, part‑time, or PRN.

• Deliver evaluations and personalized treatment plans for older adults across a full continuum of care.
• Provide primarily one‑to‑one direct patient care on the 60‑acre campus.
• Work in inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings within the community.
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and rehab colleagues to maintain residents’ mobility, independence, and quality of life.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of services.

• On‑site physician group dedicated exclusively to Erickson Senior Living residents.
• On‑site medical centers providing wellness and sick care for all employees over 18 years of age.

• Compensation up to $48/hour based on experience.

• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to document services accurately and on time.
• Therapeutic experience with older adults across multiple diagnostic groups preferred.
• Familiarity with Medicare documentation preferred.
