Pediatric Physical Therapist – Ivy Rehab for Kids

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth to age twenty‑one, providing individualized one‑to‑one attention and customized plans of care. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to support home exercises. The role focuses on delivering world‑class care in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis services.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
• Deliver evidence‑based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility and functional outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members (OT, SLP, ABA) to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Engage parents/caregivers in therapy sessions and provide education for home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and track patient progress.

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current or pending PT licensure in the state of Virginia.
• Strong commitment to patient outcomes and quality of care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
