Full-Time W-2 | Hybrid | Springfield, VA Expected Annual Compensation: $85,000-$90,000STIW is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead who genuinely enjoys teaching, developing clinicians, and creating a strong clinical culture.
This position combines a reduced caseload of approximately 15 completed client sessions per week with clinical supervision and oversight of Supervisees

- You're an experienced supervisor who can assess what a clinician needs and adjust your approach accordingly.

- You value structure, accountability, workflows, and follow-through.
- You know how to balance teaching, consultation, reflection, and clinician autonomy.

- You have strong documentation and treatment-planning skills and understand medical necessity in an insurance-based practice.
- You exercise sound judgment and know what you can handle independently and what needs to be escalated.
- You're newly licensed or relatively new to clinical supervision.

Expected annual compensation: $85,000-$90,000, based on experience, qualifications, productivity, and fulfillment of clinical and supervisory responsibilities.
This is a W-2 position with compensation based on the role's combined clinical and supervisory responsibilities, rather than a traditional fixed salary.
